Your Organization Profile

Your organization profile is where you can highlight your organization by creating a beautiful page that details your business or nonprofit, while also displaying the events you have upcoming on the ImpactFlow platform. 

We will run through the profile one step at a time so you have a complete understanding of each element of the organization profile:

What is the name of your business?

Enter the name of your business here as you want it to appear to the public. 

Your company story

In this box, you can add text to describe your organization. We highly recommending providing historical information, details on what your organization values, and the other information that truly defines your organization. This is where many event-goers and potential partners will come to learn about your organization. Make is juicy. 

What type of business it is?

You will only see this option if you are a business. From this drop down, you can choose a business category to belong to. This information helps users associate your business to a certain market and also helps our systems determine how to classify your business within our overall tool set. 

EIN

You will only see this option if you are a nonprofit. This is where you can enter your EIN number if you desire. This field is optional. 

Primary location

Here, you will enter in the address of your organization.

Phone number

Here, you will enter a phone number for your organization that you are comfortable showing to the public.

Website

Here, you will enter your web address. ImpactFlow will automatically create a link so that interested users can navigate to your site. 

Event Services You Can Provide/Areas of Focus

Depending on whether you are a business or nonprofit, you will see a table here that contains either business categories or nonprofit focus areas. Select the ones that best represent your organization and fill out a brief description. Remember, this is used for our partnership engine so please only select categories that you would like to receive partnership opportunities for. 

If you are a business, you will also see the option to choose causes you support in this same format. 

Logo and Profile Image

this is where you can upload both a logo and a banner for your organization profile. The logo image is first, located on the left side on desktop. We recommend a 300x300 pixel image for your logo. The cover image is second, located on the right side on desktop. For this image, we recommend 1400x788 pixels, or any other ratio of 16:9. The image will automatically be centered by our system. We recommend against using any text in your profile image, we cannot guarantee its integrity across different screen sizes. 

Add a video to your profile

In this area, you can paste in a Vimeo or YouTube URL and we will embed the chosen video on to your profile page. We do not allow direct video uploads, as video files are very large and if allowed, could result in a negative impact on ImpactFlow's overall speed and user experience. We are happy to let the big players like YouTube and Vimeo do the hosting. 

Finishing up

You're done. click the 'Save Profile' button at the base of the page will save all of your changes and put them on display for everybody to enjoy!
