Connecting to WePay (To Accept Payments)

ImpactFlow sends you money by using a third-party partner called WePay. When you sign up for ImpactFlow as a business or nonprofit, we automatically create a WePay account for you, making it easy for you to setup your account and begin receiving payments for your event tickets. 

You can start selling tickets before you setup WePay, but please know that following your first transaction you will be given fourteen (14) days to set up your account. After that, users attempting to purchase tickets to your events will receive an error. 

How to Setup WePay When You Initially Sign Up For ImpactFlow:

1) When you first sign up for ImpactFlow, look for an email in your inbox with the subject line, Please confirm your ImpactFlow account. 

2) Open the email, and click 'Confirm'. 

3) Select a password you would like to use for WePay, enter it under 'Set Password', check the box that says 'I agree...' and click 'Grant Access'. The WePay Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are both available here for you to read at your own discretion. 

4) From here, follow WePay's instructions on how to verify your information and link a bank account. 

How to Setup WePay Sometime After You Sign Up For ImpactFlow:

1) First, we would recommend looking back through your email for the email with the subject line Please confirm your ImpactFlow account.  The sender is ImpactFlow via WePay. If you find it, follow the steps above. If not, go to step 2. 

2) Go to https://www.wepay.com/register/recover, enter the email address you used to sign up for ImpactFlow, and hit 'Submit'. 

3) Go back to your email, you should see one from WePay.com with the subject line Reset your password. 

4) Open up the email, and click the button that says 'Click to continue'. 

5) You will be directed to a page where you will be asked to enter and confirm a password of your choosing. Enter it and click 'Change Password'. 

6) You will be directed to the main login page where you can login with your email address and new password. 

7) Login, and click on the 'Settings' button with a big gear icon.

8) On the left side of the screen you will see some menu options. You will need to setup everything in the 'Trust Center' and 'Withdrawals' tabs.

9) All done! You are ready to start accepting payments on ImpactFlow.
