WePay Payments & Withdraws

Although WePay is a third party service, we can provide some information on how their system works when it comes to your money. Here are some of the basic facts that are important for you to know:

Scheduling Withdraws: 

When you set up your account on WePay.  It should have asked your preference in withdrawals. If you log in into your  WePay account (https://www.wepay.com/login)

you can click the Settings tab (the big gear icon) in the top right, and head over to the section named "Withdrawals." 

From there you may set how frequently money will be sent to your bank account. You can pick daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawals, just as long as money is available when that time comes around.

Reserve Amounts: WePay reserves the right to hold 'reserve' amounts to protect against any refund requests, potential refund requests, charge backs and disputes. Reserves are usually held when the account is active and are based off of a given accounts transaction history.
